I contributed to the creation of the company, creating the strategy, the media presentations, the web site, the Facebook site, taking care of the legal and financial activities for the start-up, contacting and contracting the companies IEP is currently consulting for marketing activities in North America. Through extensive presence at International Conferences and Trade shows, I contributed to the creation of the network of contacts needed for the introduction in the market of the Italian companies in IEP's portfolio.
IEP's not only active in the oil&gas valve&components business, but also in the renewable energy sector, where we are consulting US companies in the development of wind farms in the Caribbean area. We're supporting them in the turbine type and supplier selection, BoP scouting and contract dealing, Business Plan and Wind Energy production estimates, O&M and energy production forecasting.

I am involved in all strategic issues as member of the board: from tax planning to maintenance, energy sales and administrative and technical issues such as:
a) confronting with Italian tax agency on a 1, 7m€ tax dispute
b) confronting with REPOWER on the change of 2 gearboxes in the first months of operation and application of the related maintenance contract
c) discussions with Lloyd's on payments of the production losses
