 Issues financial statements (Sales, P&L, BS, cash flow, AR and stock aging reports, invested capital…) for SBUs/LEs, according to pre-determined frequency and communicates them to managers and board members
 Runs end-of-month accounting control and reports discrepancies to Accounting Controller.
 Calculates interest on invested capital and dormant stock, ITO, DSO, and shared services charges per SBU.
 Calculates financial ratios (Rotation, ROIC, Financial Leverage, ROCE…).
 Calculates end year provisions for AR, Stock, Bonuses and taxes to be paid per legal entity.
 Prepares financial information for Open Review Meetings.
 Prepares Cash flow Forecast for the group.
 Insures accuracy and integrity of financial data
 Assists commercial business managers in finance related queries
 Assists and coordinates monthly and yearly closing
 Consolidates and follow up budgets data for the group and communicates them to the GFM.

Tax Leader Job Description:
 Responsible of coordinating between MoF inspectors and KFF tax team. Follow up with concerned accountant preparation of requested documents, meet with inspectors, answer their questions, and support defense of tax return declarations.
 Monitors different tax declaration schedule, make sure filing done on time and for all concerned legal entities.
 Monitors tax legislative, accounting and regulatory developments.
 Controls with tax team all tax declarations before submission. Enforce use of PwC checklists when available and 2 “pair of eyes” principle.
 Prepares quarterly VAT declarations for all the group companies and assist accounting team (with the help of tax team) in preparation of annual CIT.
 First point of contact with external tax consultants and tax software providers.
 Controls all invoices and DNs issued are compliant with VAT regulations in substance and form (article 38).
