 Dealing with cash, cheques and credit card transactions for all types of customers.
 Issue & generate computerized receipts to the customer.
 Utilizing communication skills when communicating with individuals of diverse nationalities.
 Provide assistance in building up and running a strong technical network for the organization.
 Suggesting the Management about improving services known by the customers.
 Providing and collecting required information from other departments.
 Training new staffs, use of company’s software.
 Coordinating between IT dept and Customer service Dept to resolve problems related to system.
 Informing IT department regarding any required changes in the system.
 Dealing with different departments needed for the customers and giving detailed information to the customers with total customer satisfaction.

FINAL CLEARANCE
 Checking the complete Accounts history of a student who has taken training for a particular driving course.
 Collecting the pending payment if any.
 Issuing a clearance letter so student can collect DRIVING LICENSE from RTA SECTION.
