Sales executive & Interior Designer
•Offer related sales and services in order that the customer is fully aware of the range and to increase the sale value.
•Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
•Handle customer complaints.
•Identify and resolve client concerns.
•Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
• Provide on-the-job training to new sales employees.
•Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up, assists company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
•Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock
•Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
•Communicate new product opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
•Present and sell company products to current and potential clients.
•Meet customer requirements by accurately calculating, measuring and cutting fabric, checking goods prior to sale and packaging correctly in order to deliver customer satisfaction and reduce unnecessary loss.
•Communicate clearly, ensuring customer requests are met by exactly recording details on Special Orders and associated paperwork. Subsequently deal with any queries and follow up with required calls.
•Include floor plans, elevations, furniture, color and finishes selections, layout design, joinery documentation and detailing, design involvement and liaison with clients and consultants as required.
•Developing the design plan, concept generation and implementation of design on the site.
•Plan, design, and furnish interiors of residential, commercial, or industrial buildings. Formulate design which is practical, aesthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity, selling merchandise, or improving life style.
•Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval
•Confer with client to determine factors affecting planning interior environments, such as budget, architectural preferences, and purpose and function.
•Advise client on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings and equipment, and color coordination.
•Select or design, and purchase furnishings, art works, and accessories.
•Formulate environmental plan to be practical, esthetic, and conducive to intended purposes, such as raising productivity or selling merchandise.
•Subcontract fabrication, wood, flooring, gypsum, furnitures, lighting, and arrangement of carpeting, fixtures, accessories, curtains, paint and wall coverings, art work, , and related items.
•Render design ideas in form of drawings.
Provide advices, present the products and promote all services to customers.

•Ensure all stock is clearly and correctly priced.
•provide consultation to customer. Preparation of Quotation to client Project Supervision from beginning to completion, including Costing Management. Knowledge of Space planning and concept development. To meet customer and follow up on sales enquiry
Manage and train packaging staff.
•Support on-going efforts to improve efficiency and quality
•Work with Quality Assurance, Manufacturing and Supply Chain departments to meet deadlines
•Draft investigation reports and work with Quality department to ensure incidents are investigated and the appropriate corrective and/or preventative actions are implemented
•Preparing schedules.
•Preparing batching records.
•Preparing production & distribution plans.
Training requirements necessary for the rehabilitation and dealing with tools interior design and decoration, through hands-on skills and engineering drawing program AutoCAD. Familiar with the tools used in the design and decor. Control of the hand skills and mastery of free-hand drawing. Skill preparation of designs and drawing diagrams. The ability to creativity of interior design and decoration, overseeing its implementation professionally. Senior Field Training to identify the decorative materials and sources directly.
