•Co-ordinate with the PRO for all visa and legal documentations.
•Ensuring all employee files are per UAE Law Standards.
•Preparation of offer letters, NOC, termination and all related documents.
•Bi-Yearly evaluations with all employees.
•Reporting the CEO on a daily basis.
Carrying out any PA duties for the CEO when required
Duties include admitting and discharging patients, filing records, greeting visitors and patients, dealing with high professionals in the health care sector and carrying out all other administrative duties.
Duties included checking in and out residents, receiving telephone calls, ensuring bookings are confirmed, training other staff, filing documents, assisting with meetings and dealing with card transactions and cash exchange on arrivals and departures.
