-sending and responding to e-mail and telephone handling
-Dealing with complaints and handling them
-Collecting the bills from customers
-Ensure customers needs are met.
February 2012-may 2012 -Safricom agent/customer service at Habesha Hotel
Duties: -Receiving clients
-Handling clients and solving queries
-Facilitating communication between the client and senior management.
