Responsibilities consist of introducing the brand to the clients, deliver luxury customer service and create a strong and loyal relationship with clients.
As an opening team member, responsible to prepare the store for the launch, organize creative and image-suitable visual merchandise by following and maintaining brand concept and standards.
Involved in creating appealing and eye-catching merchandise, displays that let the customers through the entire store which helps to stimulate store sales and targets achievements.
Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive and sea-sonal themes. Finalise daily sales and prepare accurate reports of the sales sta-tistics.
Responsible for greeting customers, introduce them to the types of collections (new, classics, seasonal, special or limited editions). Assisting customers in their needs using suggestive selling approach, advise about the season’s latest trending styles and colors. Receiving and handling customers complains regarding damages and repairs. As VM-trusted assistant, involved in creating appealing and eye-catching merchandise, displays that let the customers through the entire store which helps to stimulate store sales and targets achievements. Responsible of maintaining visual merchandising standards Assisting the VM in organizing special windows display for events, trunk shows, fashion shows etc. Assisting in installation of the seasonal windows display concept.
