Responsibilities include:
•System and software/OS upgrades

•Patches based on IBM CIRATS (Compliance, Issue, Risk & APAR Tracking System )
•RACF resource definition based on products requirements and customer requests

•Co-author of a JCL utility to install, transfer, clone & update GSD software (aka DUs), based in naming conventions, symbols & aliasing

•Convert & Migrate BMC-AutoOperator to IBM TSA
•Member of SA Users group;
•Coordinate Performance and Tuning (OMEGAMON and MAINVIEW) cross-customers;
•Participating in PARMGEN & EAP international discussion groups;
•Interact with Network, CICS, DB2 & Storage areas for system & security resources definition;
•Major changes to the existing Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Plan, adding new subsystems and maintain set of jobs to rebuild environment's required resources during IPL;
•Define SA RunModes for automatic IPL in DR sites, with minor Operator intervention;
•Assist weekly Business Continuity tests; follow-up during systems startup;
•Validate and retrieve evidences of successful executions before shutdown;
•Assist Production Control & Support (TWS and TDS) operations;
•Research and implement alerts for events that could lead to a disaster situation;
•Backup for Change Management (CHANGEMAN) team;
•Backup for Automatic Output Distribution (TOM and EOS) team;
