As aftersales manager I was dealing with the aftersales issues and leading a team of 4-6 people.
Also included was dealning with a lot of paperwork, planning scheduals after key ratios, invoice handling, and takeing care of and solving what ever could be requested.
Working in the Servicedesk was all about helping customers with all the aftersales problems with products or services what ever might be wrong. The aftersales position also included dealing with angry and upset customers
