• Provide consistent direction to project team QC, including giving support to Construction teams
• Oversee all Jobs and inspections related activities within civil activities and underground pipeline services in the CCEP scope.
• Quality control supervision on the Painting and Insulation Activities

• Coordination and supervision of the thermal insulation on piping and Equipment, Fireproofing (PFP) and painting works.
• Verify the materials, equipment, and documentation to be used during insulation process
• Checks Piping and Instrument Diagrams (PID) and Instrument tracing details, and isometrics, prior to insulation process, coordinates with foremen and QC personnel
• Verification of the pipeline mechanical completion
• Implements site inspection and preparation (material & equipment readiness and compliance, installation of removable boxes / pre-formed boards, insulation sheeting and supports, manpower, and the related documentations needed during the process.
• Oversee, manage and start up all Job and inspection related activities within, mobilization and New installation of two EPF plant
• Supervision of the pipeline installation from the well to the process plant (Earthworks, Excavation, Evaluation of Fill Material, Compaction Process, Survey works, surveyor route, sleeper installation, hydro test and painting installation)
• Monitoring inspection related activities within the scope of civil structures, pipeline, mechanical, piping, spool installation, painting, hydro test activities and backfill procedure.
• Verification of the pipeline mechanical completion
• Turn Over the QA/QC Documentation to the Client
• Oversee and manage all Job and inspection related activities within the scope of Fabrication QA/QC, material inspections at warehouse, vendor inspections, mechanical, piping, inaulation and painting, spool management, hydrotest, civil structures & electrical and instrumentation installations inspections and Construction inspections, testing & monitoring activities. Work Inspections Request issuance and follow up.
• Coordination of Fabrication, Installation and Testing (Roads, Embankments, Bridges, Tunnels, Malls, Residential Developments, Infrastructure and Airport Project and construction of substation

* Conduct initial assessment to organizations’ quality documents to verify

Civil engineer, CIV: 154.899 , Nace Inspector CIP Level 1 Cert No. 44914, Nace Member Number : 316969 and Mechanical supervise , with extensive experience in the application of International Standards , 19 Years’ Experience Middle East , Africa , South America and Caribbean Island , in the areas of Civil, Mechanical, Piping Structural Steel, painting ,insulation , Infrastructure, Roads, Building, Malls and Quality Management Systems implementation in Oil and Gas Industry.
