Gathering PPM information from Equipment Reliability Strategies (ERSs), CBE, SIS, SMISS, CTT, RAM, etc. And Develop the template for uploading into SAP.
• Ensure all PPMs are uploaded/activated in SAP.
• Manage and optimize PPM task list, items and plans. (include but not limited to resource levelling, coordinating with SMWP team, adapt changes as required, etc.)
• Provide PPM information as needed to help during Root Cause Investigations (RCI).
• Lead the look ahead meetings and provide look ahead PPM schedule with the stakeholders.
• Provide PPM Turn Around (TA)/SD PPMs Work Orders with Planning TA teams.
• Track compliance of completion of PPM tasks and advise the Plant Supervision and Reliability Engineer of any issues impacting the effectiveness of the PPM program.
• Assist Reliability Engineer in evaluating the documented results of PPM activities to determine if the PPM activity achieves the desired results.
• Work with Reliability Engineer in identifying opportunities to adjust PPM intervals and to evaluate the impact of changing PPM intervals upon probability and consequences (risk).
• Provide support to respective Maintenance Engineer with all related BoM data.
• Provide all technical PPMs related information to support Reliability and Maintenance budget preparation in regards of resources management requirements.
• Ensure that all principles, procedures and practices strictly comply with EH&S guidelines, regulatory and permit requirements.
• Perform any job-related activities as requested by the immediate supervisor / manager.
