-Handles Full Coordination of Shutdown Inspection Project Starting from sourcing stage all through payment collection and closing stage.
-Handles Coordination of small on call inspection services as well as provide support for a small team of coordinators.
- Receive all inquiries related to industrial Services Department
- Technical interpretation for the requirements with support of operational manager and business field managers
- Approach subcontractors/ subsidies to get their estimation for unavailable resources
- Submit the proposals to client and maintain follow up for their feedback
- Manage the communication with client tell final order confirmation
- Maintain all the records related to proposals data files
- Support business development team by identifying new opportunity and potentials and leads to business development team
- Vendor registrations and pre-qualification
- Manage pre-qualification documents updating
- Manage Client Vendor Registrations and prequalification requirements
- Prepare quantity surveys
- Prepare Projects Estimates including material costs; labor costs and contingencies
- Prepare for and Receive Bids.
