•Creating a solid for SIL process, (the project is newly implemented in Jordan implemented in Jordan and there is no clear process)

•Collect, manage and analyze data.
•Qualitative data, the number of beneficiaries (boys and girls), number of idea suggested by them and number of initiatives, etc.
•Facilitators` and youths` feedback are taken on monthly basis, analyzed and shred with the UNICEF
•Following up with the project /initiatives implemented by youth in the camp as it is one of the dashboard indicators shared and discussed.
•Monthly reports to be shared and discussed with UNICEF.
•Participants` feedback, as a complain mechanism, is reported on monthly basis.
•Weekly monitoring visits to the centers in Zaatari and Azraq camps for weekly check
•Main contribution in conducting FGD in communities, host and camps. putting the questions, supervising the process, analyzing data collected and reporting

1. Develop and strengthen monitoring, inspection and evaluation procedures.

Monitor all project activities, expenditures and progress towards achieving the project output.
3. Recommend further improvement of the used frame work.
4. Following up the indicators weekly, biweekly and monthly.
5. Monitor and evaluate the projects and their results.
6. Monitor the sustainability of the project's results.
7. Provide feedback to the Project Manager on project strategies and activities.
8. Report monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual progress on all project activities to the National Project Director/Project Manager.
9. Conduct FGDs and meetings with the beneficiaries to study their feedback.
10. Analyze the data from the field.
11. Participate in annual project planning.
12. Support monitoring and evaluation of the effects and impact of the project.
13. Assist in coordinating across the available components of the Project to ensure effective implementation of the projects.
14. Assist the Project Manager in preparing other relevant reports.
15. Assist Project Manager in the preparation of reports on the findings and lessons learned from project innovations.
16. Assist Project Manager in preparing monthly and quarterly reports on project progress.
