• Develop Account Business Plan and ensure full implementation to deliver and exceed the planned volume, share, revenue and profit targets.
• Negotiate and sign the CDA with the customer on time and as per AOP and Financial Guidelines.
• Manage & Agree on optimal items range which meet the shopper’s profile and needs.
• Visibility & Access Points Strategy which fits stores types and ensure target’s achievements.
• Prepare Monthly Promotions Plan based on the Customer Promo Calendar and ensure it is properly followed by the customer.
• Prepare monthly brief to the Field Team which contains all details related to the Confirmed Activities with Customers (items, quantity, displays, prices, POSM, mechanics, etc...).
• Undertake a quarterly business review with the customer covering customer’s performance vs. target, implementation of the account’s plan and the outlook for the balance of the year.
• Develop an excellent Business Relation with Customer Head Office Team & PepsiCo Management Team as well as at Stores Levels.
• Undertake store checks alongside account visits and align Field Team across all regions to ensure availability and 100% Execution of all Agreements as per CDA and Trade Plans.
• Ensure a proper merchandising (Merch. Freq.) and Service Level (PO Freq.) as per the agreed Strategy with the customer.
• Prepare and submit all Credit Notes to the Finance team on agreed time duration.
• Conduct a monthly reconciliation with the Control team to review customer’s balance and resolve all the outstanding issues in terms of CNs, RTVs, rebates deductions to match the customer’s account.
• Support BI Asst. Manager in preparing AOP (Annual Operating Plan) related workings.
• Develop 2018 Sales Scorecard and other ad-hoc reports.
• Prepare the situation assessment report and Sales Scorecard, to support the monthly business meetings, and highlighting the periodic and yearly changes in the volume and shares across all bottlers by pack, brand, and channels and present it to the Franchise team.
• Perform a monthly analysis on all PepsiCo brands/Packs and retail audit analysis on revenue packs.
• Volume and Shares Reporting: Update Business Unit Sales report by ensuring all KPIs are included and tracked on a monthly basis.
• Prepare a weekly innovations volume reporting vs. Plan.
• Factsheet Governance: Process the activity proposals; reconcile them with Finance team on a monthly basis and assisting the Control team by implementing COSO testing on a quarterly basis.
• Assist KAD (Key Accounts Department) Modern Trade team in designing Promotions calendar.
• Support the OHS (Organizational Health Survey) agenda by leading the following:
1. In-touch sessions with the HR Manager on a quarterly basis.
2. Organize engagement activities as per agreed calendar.
• Organized off-site and on-site meetings and events.
• Assisted in creating AOP and SBP presentation by collecting information from the team, ensuring the team receives the most recent updates and performing final presentation format review.
• Generated all Quality reports complying with deadlines through eQIP system and update the quality scorecard, Slides and Charts to reflect the new changes in 3D Quality and share the monthly results with the team.
• Prepared T&E’s reports for the Supply Chain team, following up to make sure they are reviewed, submitted and expenses report process is completed.
• Track T&E spent vs. budget.
• Contributed as a team member in a couple of projects with the marketing department. Coordinated timelines & key tasks with external suppliers.
• Assist in planning Menus, Offers and marketing activities to increase the restaurant’s presence in the industry.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure that the cash register is appropriately balanced at the end of the day.
• Monitor actions of staff members, take corrective action where needed and intervene in adverse situations. Ensure that Municipality regulations are strictly followed.
• Estimate food consumption and coordinate with suppliers to make sure that food and beverage items do not run out.
• Oversee the customers to ensure that they are being well taken care of by the restaurant staff. Take complaints and attempt to resolve them by prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Academic Projects: - Total Quality Management "Case Study of Jeddah's Public Hospitals" The purpose of the study was to determine the perceived benefits and problems when applying Total Quality Management in Saudi public hospitals.
