Led engineering operations and provided support as FAT/EFAT Coordinator in small/large bore, structural, mechanical, and electrical disciplines during project assignments and worked with project manager to complete/finish the project on-schedule with spending low cost budget.

Prepared E&I Handling & Installation Procedure (Incl. JSA/Method statement).
•Directly evaluated and monitored the progress of the shop fabrication activities; resolved E&I technical issues to ensure completion of all fabrication items in coordination with other parties.
•Expertly sourced and negotiated with vendor/supplier for the compliance evaluation through TBE/Technical Bid Evaluation to meet/reduce Project Cost.
•Achieved an efficient and effective way to construct and maintain by providing input to constructability discussion and fabrication sequence development.
•Steered multiple activities of the E&I construction engineer team in daily tasks and activities of project fabrication and assembly.

• Reviewed Project Documents includes scope of work, project specifications, drawings, data sheets on lightings, instruments, cable ladder/tray route, tubing line route, MCC, generators, motors, communication systems, process control systems, UPS, PLC, DCS, ESD, VMS, PAGA, and F&G;
• Reviewed E&I bulk (included top up) materials procurements process and prepare Material Purchase List;
• Reviewed E&I drawings, MTO and requisitions, highlight any shortages to Procurement/Project Team;
