Review and update the policies & procedures of the HR section. Update the companys organization structure. Administer payroll and maintain employee records. Review sick leaves, attendance sheets, deductions, allowances, overtime, EOS, etc. Plan and review staff annual leave plans with other departments team leaders or section heads. Check taken procedures related to staff termination or resignation. Monitor & lead HR team. Interviews job applicants. Deal with grievances and implement disciplinary procedures.
Provide support and assistance to the main course instructor. Provide support and assistance to students (individual / groups). Conduct sessions to fill the learning gaps in students. Guide students in their one page and 10-page proposals. Guide and proof read the methodology chapter in the final thesis proposals. Design support teaching material to students.
Prepare monthly payroll sheets, checking attendance, deductions and allowances lists. Coordinate annual performance appraisals. Follow up the employees attendance, annual leaves & sick leaves. Apply the due deduction & prepare monthly payroll sheets. Complete procedures relating to staff termination or resignation. Improve HR forms designs and layouts . Design cards for employees. Schedule & organize interviews.
Updating companys website. Creating emails for staff and students. Applications & help desk support. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. Installation of softwares and hardware for employees.

- Liaising with, and answering inquiries from media, individuals and other organisations
- Researching, writing and distributing press releases to targeted media
- Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programs;
- Devising and coordinating photo opportunities;
- Organizing events including press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours
- Maintaining and updating information on the organisations website;
- Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media
