Handling the social media activities (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Helping customers to resolve their queries.
- Updating any requests made by customers into the system to complete the tasks.
- Answering questions, as well as question participants to obtain full understanding of what information is being requested.
- Following up with clients and internal departments to assure that the work is being done correctly.
