• Project execution
• Preparing B.B.S and Concrete and materials estimate sheets.
• Site Management
• liaising with consultants, subcontractors, supervisors, planners, quantity surveyors and the general workforce involved in the project;
• Ensuring that all materials used and work performed are as per specifications
• Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and the work of any subcontractors
• Overseeing quality control and health and safety matters onsite by coordinating with HSE team.
• Coordination with company staff like QC engineer, Surveyor, Supervisor and Forman regarding to daily basis work schedules
• Monitoring upcoming and all running activities of site
• Daily, Weekly & Monthly Progress Reports preparation &submissions
• Checking Drawing updates and applying their changes on site
• Keeping update consultants and main contractors and subcontractor from day by day work progress and work schedule and next day work plans.
• Reviewing Method statements related to excavation, slope stabilization and structure works from both technical & HSE aspects
• Technical Report writing
• Address site issues related to HSE
• Setting out Project works in accordance with Construction drawing & Specifications
• Supervision and management for a construction of massive concrete’s
• Maintenance of Daily records
• Verification of Shop drawings & Bar Bending Schedules
• Process the RFI
