1. Responsible for diagnosing and resolving hardware, software and end user problems.
2. Configuring and managing backup & restore procedures, as well as maintenance of database server.
3. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Windows client operating systems i.e. Windows XP/7/8/10.
4. In-depth knowledge of installation of and configurations of Server 2008 R2 / 2012.
5. Hands on expertise in installation and configuration of Hardware, PCs, Laptops, Printers, Scanner, Switches, Hubs, and Routers.
6. Hands on expertise in installation / configuration of MS Office suite / MS Outlook / MS Project, Antivirus.
