I am a Maintenance engineer working in body shop department as Manager Assistance,
My duties were including the following.
1- Conducted regular inspections and maintenance on painting equipment, spray guns, and drying
ovens, ensuring optimal functionality and preventing breakdowns.
2- Diagnosed and resolved electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues in a timely manner, minimizing
downtime and ensuring seamless production processes.
3- Implemented a preventive maintenance schedule, extending equipment lifespan and reducing the
likelihood of unexpected failures.
4- Calibrated and adjusted painting equipment for precision and consistency, contributing to highquality paint application.
5- Ensured compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections and implementing corrective
actions to maintain a secure working environment

6- Managed spare parts inventory, coordinating with suppliers to procure necessary components and
minimizing delays in equipment repairs.
7- Maintained accurate documentation of equipment maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections,

I start my work at (CMC) project as trainee engineer for 6 months then I had been evaluated by my
seniorMechanical Engineer then fixed to the project for another 6 months as junior mechanical
engineer.
My duties were including the following.
1. Inspected on-site to oversee all mechanical systems with the contractor, ensuring that installed
systems comply with approved shop drawings. Systems include Fire Fighting systems, HVAC ducting,
HVAC piping, Plumbing systems (Water systems and Draining system), Medical gas, etc.
2. Reviewed shop drawings as per the IFC drawing and required instructions provided by senior
Mechanical Engineers for all the above-mentioned Mechanical systems.
3. Ensured adherence to quality requirements for the mentioned Mechanical systems, such as finishing,
paint, levels, support, and the type of installed material, to be in accordance with the approved
materials.
4. Effectively utilized CAD software to produce technical drawings for HVAC, Fire Fighting, and
Plumbing based on national and international codes such as ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, UPC, etc.
Worked on equipment distribution, including sprinklers, air diffusers, FD, MSFD, AHU, etc.
5. Conducted sizing and load calculations, such as ventilation and cooling load requirements, using
Carrier HAP. Also calculated duct sizes using McQuay DuctSizer and pipe sizes using Excel Sheets.
6. Coordinated with other departments as a team to share information and avoid any intersections and
future problems. Also coordinated within the same department for all mechanical systems.
