I am Handling the following responsibilities:
• Collaborating with project partners on developing communications’ products dictated by the program’s data.
• Working with field teams to identify, collect, develop, and edit success stories highlighting the program progress.
• Full responsibility and management of Smart Desert Project Media Platforms, including creating digital engagement plans & creative content ideas, and implementing the said plans by creating and managing the digital designs, videos, stories and reels for multiple social media platforms.
• Develop, write, and edit marketing and communication materials, including press releases, blog posts, for publication on Smart DESERT’s digital channels.
• Filming, creating, and editing all Smart Desert project-related video materials, particularly short documentaries and success stories, and publishing them on social media platforms and the project's website.
• Planning and coordinating all project-related events from conception through to completion, including, but not limited to, conferences and signing of agreements, as well as ensuring that such events run smoothly in coordination with all participating parties
• Regularly share photo and story content on Smart DESERT website and social media platforms.
• Ensure that all communications and marketing material aligns with brand standards.
• Maintaining digital media archives including photos and videos.
• Responding to media inquiries and performing media outreach to achieve brand placement in publications.
• Tracking projects and media exposure as well as updating databases and media lists.
• Support in preparing presentations, reports and designs, and provide any additional support as deemed necessary.
• Join the team in the field and take professional photos and videos when needed.
• Coordinate with the Communications Manager on all project aspects and tasks assigned.
• Branding the stationary required for the project.
