• Prepare and review monthly financial statements -P&L, BS, CFS with comparative analysis against
Actuals, Budget, Latest Estimates/forecast and last year in compliance with IFRS.
• Review debtors ageing, accounts payable ageing and Working capital/Cash-conversion-cycles on
weekly and monthly basis.
• Analyze and present MIS Reports - Sales Analysis, Margin Analysis, Variance Analysis, Trade
Spend, Factory Overheads and Sales & Distribution overheads.
• Do financial feasibility reports and P&L simulations for new business proposals - Profitability
analysis, Sensitivity analysis, BEP.
• Coordinate with IT and Data Analytics for KPI dashboards and reports developments & Focus of
Financial Reporting Excellence and automation, with Power Bi and Power query.
• Ensure tax compliance in coordination with Tax team for VAT and Corporate tax (FTA) and
licensing and agreements compliance with administrative team.
• Delivering ad hoc reports and analysis required by the management team from time to time.
• Support for Internal Auditors (Head Office) and Statutory Auditors (KPMG).
• Leading team for timely preparation and presentation of MIS Reports of manufacturing facilities
standalone and consolidated. Actual results, Budgets and Variance analysis.
• Preparation of Long-term Projections and Financial Modelling for both Gold and Diamond verticals
and expanding allied facilities 5-year business plans, CAPEX and OPEX planning.
• Maintain and update Product Costing system to deliver accurate Product wise manufacturing
costs and profit margins and assist in make or buy decisions and pricing strategies.
• Analyze both Financial and operational data relating to manufacturing verticals as and when
required by the Management. Data Analysis, Scenario Analysis, Reports and PPT presentations.
• Coordinate with IT team for developing reports and dashboard in Qlik Sense and MS Power BI for
manufacturing vertical - Reports formats, KPIs and Trends.
• Provide support and guidance to IT team for understanding business requirements in developing
and implementation of new modules in Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP.
• Handle the queries and reports and information as requested by the Internal and External
Auditors, Consultants like Deloitte, PWC and Banks and Government Authorities regarding
manufacturing finance.

• Preparation and presentation of financial reports, Monthly P&L, Budgeting, variance analysis and

• Develop dashboards for Key analysis areas of Trade Spend, S&D expenses, Overheads and Sales
and Margin analysis.
• Supervising the newly set-up international business unit financial operations from record to
reports - team leading and management reporting and operations. It includes supervising AP, AR,
GL, Payroll, Sales & Margin Analysis and various analyses required by the management.
• Delivering ad hoc reports and analysis as and when required by the management team.
• Partnering with IT for finance automation projects in AP and AR and other finance operations &
reports.

• Prepare profitability analysis reports periodically to Management. • Analyse the Inventory carrying
costs, Transportation cost financing costs and comparing between the facilities.
• Analyse the LTR facilities utilised and compare bank rates.
• Support to create new SOPs and modify existing ones and documentation of credit periods to customers.
• Meet the ad-hoc reports and analysis as when required by various management stakeholders.
• Support to IT team for new module development and Report generations in Oracle ERP and Reporting
tools.

• Cost Allocation - Identifying and allocating overheads and corporate expenses for each business
unit.
• Automated Consolidation of Individual FS into Consolidated FS (8 Companies - Trading and
Construction entities).
• Prepare profitability analysis periodically to Management specifically for units under low profit
and loss.
• Product pricing support and cost estimates for various SKUs. Developed automated price estimate
file for purchase team.
• Involves in drafting Credit policies and Customer credibility analysis dashboard for credit control
team.
• Support to IT team for new module development and Report.
• Monitors and records all production costs, including raw materials, labor, and overheads.
• Determines the cost per unit of production to support pricing strategies and profitability analysis.
• Variance Analysis - Compares actual costs to standard or budgeted costs and investigates
discrepancies
• Prepare detailed cost reports for management to support decision-making.
• Updating the routing in MS Navision for each SKUs.
• Wastage analysis, BOM audit to check the material consumption in actual productions.

Develop and maintain Product Costing system to ascertain the costs of each product (Process Costing).
• Analyze Standard costs and actual costs and revise the standards periodically and reports to unit head.
• BOM review and update routing cost to Microsoft Navision for each semi - manufacturing stages.
• Make Cost Estimation for new products R&D and specialized customer order and Export quotes.
• Overseeing and conducting annually/ quarterly Physical Inventory & investigate the variance.
• NPV of new Projects and Investments in Manufacturing units.
• Analyze Inventory costs, Inventory Ageing and consumables consumption control.
• Conduct BOM audits to review the raw material consumptions.
• Analyze the process wise wastages and consumables consumptions.
