Coordinates with the overseas agencies and executive search partners and maintain good relationship
Manage Job Postings and search from Job portals (Company website, bayt.com, monster gulf & LinkedIn)
Targeted sourcing for niche positions.
Coordinate and assist our Recruitment Manager and Supervisor in coordination with the Companies General Manager in preparation of the Manpower Plan.
Accordingly prepare monitor and control, an efficient recruitment plan.
Recruitment and Selection
Responsible for setting up and coordinating interviews (both for local and overseas candidates)
Arrange recruitment campaign plan with proper coordination with overseas agencies (local and abroad)
Ensure all recruitment reference checks are completed
Ensure the right tests for the candidates are administered accordingly base on their positions they being interviewed for.
Follow-up the status of the candidates to the agencies
Coordinate requirements and results of background investigation.
Account Management/ Recruitment Business partner
Manage Technical interviews, coordinate with the interviewers and shortlist a set of CV’s for interview during recruitment campaign trip.
Maintain good relations with the hiring Managers (operations team and support group)
Coordinate the details of requirements with the hiring Managers
Manage hiring expectations and SLA with hiring Managers.
Review hiring profiles and job description.
Reports and feedback/Database Maintenance
Update weekly reports and submit to the General Manager of the business units
Update database on a daily basis
Filing of relevant CV’s and papers
Attend monthly meeting with the business units.
Other Duties
Arrange ticket for the candidates
Prepare documents for visa processing such as work contract and endorsement letter (for COC & MOFA)
Prepare demand letter, SPA & work contract for visa authorization.
Responsible for issuance of E-wakala (electronic visa)
Arrange the accommodation, airport pick-up and other necessities of the new join employees.
Prepare invoice for the agencies.
Responsible in recruitment and selection of applicants needed by any department.
2. Supporting management and staff to help create their own successful and productive team and become effective team leaders
3: Access and evaluate all jobs and establish a new Salary & Grading structure that is externally competitive and internally fair & managing the payroll system.
4: Review the current Employee incentive, bonus and reward policies and system and modify to encourage a culture of excellence and measurable performance.
5: Establish new policies and systems to guide the organization to create new positions, determine starting salaries, grant salary increases, revise benefits etc.
6: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of overall business strategies and plans, which enable the achievement of Company objectives.
7: Support and advice my manager "HR Manager" across the business in the development of effective organization structures that will enable the delivery of business objectives.
8: Develop and oversee the implementation of training strategies and plans that will ensure that employees across the business have the necessary technical and behavioral skills to perform to the required standards, both now and in the future.
9: setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal - in order to maximize subordinate and the performance.
10: Assist in the yearly performance appraisals, salary reviews, promotions and other personnel related activities for the entire company.
Quality Management Representative (2007-2011)
1. Direct the IMS Core Team in development, implementation and maintenance of the QMS.
2. Provide Planning, service and manage IMS programs.
3. Report to the management team on the status of environmental management system including compliance, system audits and corrective action plans.
4. Coordinates with the department coordinators on issues related to Quality Management System.
5. Monitors the achievement of the set target objectives in all departments through the ISO Management Programs.
6. Conducts awareness and training related to Quality Management System.
