Dar Al Riyadh is a multidisciplinary practice offering a comprehensive design service. My current remit includes the following responsibilities:
Managing the Project delivery with a multidisciplinary Design Team.
Managing the PMO (Project Management Office).
Managing the Client and his expectations.
Managing the Profit and Loss of the Project Portfolio.
Managing the implementation and execution of the Business Strategy.
Ensure the Companies Design Ethos is maintained and enriched.
Delivery of High-end, bespoke Residential Care Facilities and Residential / Mixed Use Developments, in addition to Industrial & Commercial projects.
Restructure and shape the new design department and deliver projects of distinction.
Coordination with project delivery departments for a smooth, timely and cost effective delivery of the projects, within the constraints of the clients design brief.
RPA Architecture, a division of the RPA Group, specialises in the residential and commercial sectors. Oversaw schemes from conception through to completion. Responsible for strategic planning of the practice, including; development and implementation of our business strategy and annual budget / forecast. Additional areas of responsibility included the management and recruitment of staff, the IT strategy, Health & Safety, Best Practice, Quality and Cost Control.
