• Manage all Health Safety Security Environment for the organization Nationally.
• Write, review Health Safety and Environmental Procedures.
• Ensure Permit to work compliance by all Aramco and contractor employees.
• Ensure that all requirements in terms of OHS Act and Regulations are met.
• Ensure that all maintenance and Project comply with BCX & Clients requirements.
• Perform HSE inspections at Site offices and client’s sites.
• Ensure that job observation on employees and contractors are performed.

• Prepare HSE weekly and monthly reports for each Managing Executive and Clients.
• Prepare HSE documents for new projects.
• Conduct Incident Investigations.
• Conduct Safety Site Walks with Project Managers, Leads and ME.
• Conduct Inductions with New or relocated employees/ Sub Contractor’s on site
• Attend monthly HSSE Stewardship meetings.
• Attend Hazard Identification Meetings
Duties and Responsibilities
• Ensure and enforce Aramco and Saudi Arabian Health& Safety compliance by to Aramco and contractors.
• Review contractor Health &Safety documents such as Safety Plans, Hazard Identification Plans and JSAs.
• Perform HSE inspections on site.
• Ensure that job observation on employees and contractors are performed.
• Ensure that risk assessments are in place prior to the commencement of work.
• Prepare HSE weekly and monthly reports.
• Prepare HSE documents for new projects.
• Conduct Incident Investigations when required.
• Conduct Safety Site Walks with Project Managers, Leads and ME.
• Conduct Inductions with New or relocated employees/ Sub Contractor’s on site
• Work with almost oil companies in the country such as Total Energy, Engen, Sasol, BPSA, Shell
• Attend Hazard Identification Meetings
Ensure that all requirements in terms of the Act and in terms of the Construction Regulations are met.
• Ensure that all Tanks and Capital Project appointed contractors comply with the Chevron HES &
Construction Regulations requirements.
• Perform HSE inspections at Site offices and project sites.
• Perform job observation on employees and contractors
• Carry out risk assessments prior to the commencement of construction work and any other risk
assessment that may be required for the duration of the construction work.
• Prepare HSE weekly and monthly reports for each project.
• Prepare HSE documents for new projects.

• Conduct Inductions with New or relocated employees/ Sub Contractor’s on site
