o Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position.
o Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
o Utilize the internet for recruitment by posting positions in appropriate internet recruitment sites.
o Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the positions requirements.
o Setting-up interviewing dates with the applicants for vacancies.
o Assist in interviewing, by preparation of the HR questionnaire for the interviewer.
o Preparation of the rejection letter to be sent to the inadequate candidates.
o Notifying the approved candidates with the required HR papers for Employment.
o Receiving feed-back concerning the adequacy of the recruitment process.
• Modern Interiors / Ashraf Sadek Associates (Design Consultants): * Administrative Assistant of the Projects Director \[15/10/2012 - Present\] - Responsibilities (but not limited to): o Handling all the department correspondences (Out-Going) starting from the initial drafting till the final printout including referencing and proper filing.
o Handling all (In-Coming) Correspondences; including proper receiving of the letter, and distribution to the concerned parties.
o Maintaining files and records, accounts receivable, and customer database.
o Experienced with Office Procedures, and familiar with ISO requirements.
o Acting as a liaison between my superior and the rest of the company.
o Keeping track of the Calendar and checking the list of recurring matters: appointments, meetings, etc.
o Maintaining a daily "to-do" list, and checking-off each item as it is accomplished.
o Handling my superior's phone calls and taking messages.
o Scheduling Meetings, notifying participants and sending reminders, preparing Meeting Agenda, taking Meeting Minutes.
Documenting all applicants’ data from received resumes, with the necessary data filtrations and manipulation, and providing recommendations for the applicants to join the departments relevant to their resume and background.
Organizing all company employees HR documents, and categorizing them per their eligibility for training and courses.
