o 1. Function 1: Project Start-up
o 1.1. Briefing attendance to know what the questionnaire is about, skipping questions, etc..
o 1.2. Entry briefing attendance (whether done by the direct manager or project leader)
o 1.3. If needed, a team of entry should be hired, attend briefing, or given by the entry manager
o 2. Function 2: Pilot
o 2.1. Pilot of
o 2-3 entered questionnaires to be sent to direct manager for review
o 2.2. A pilot is a must from each of the hired team to be reviewed by entry manager then sent to direct manager
o 3. Function 3: Validation
o 3.1. Make sure that there is no spelling mistakes
o 3.2. Make sure that entry is done in the correct cell
o 4. Function 4: Data Entry
o 4.1. Enter data on Excel, access, online
o 4.2. Supervise other data entry teams
o 4.3. Back check on entry done
o 4.4. After completion of the entry sheet, it should be sent to the direct manager
