Taking payments from the clients and update the system accordingly, check for the booking of the client for theday, receiving calls and make notes within, called the clients regarding for the new promotion and encourage them to visit the company and make book for them.
Doing correspondence letters and memos, attending calls, requirements and inquiries of the clients and customers, arranging appoinments and meetings of the managers and staffs, arranging files and records according to the codes, received and send document to the subcontractor, site personnel including international and local documents by courier.
Must be sure meet the highest standard of sanitation to make sure the food is safe to eat, should be handled as little as possible and with minimum agitation to prevent grow microbial contamination of the air and persons handling the linen, responsible for supervising the group of cleaners to make sure that their assigned areas are cleaned properly.
Handles daily monetary transactions, giving good service to the customer, taking payments from the customers and update the system accordingly, making reports at the end of the day.
Updating and maintaining records of all sales transactions and make summary of reports in weekly and monthly basis.
