• Create, implement, monitor, and review strategic plans for IT Department in line with Bugshan Group’s strategy.
• Establish short and long-term objectives and set adequate operating plans for future developments.

• Properly dispose of the Dubai and Abu-Dhabi unused PCs free of charges using Dubai municipality. The option chosen is clearly very cost effective disposal solution.
• Another cost reduction solution, I initiated and negotiated IPhone corporate prices with Telecom Service Provider "DU" to encourage Schlumberger employees to switch to "DU" as their rates are comparatively much lower than Etisalat. (potential cost saving more than 120KUS$ per year)
