Principal Task:
Over all in-charge of scheduling the maintenance team. Monitoring the technicians works progress in the sites.Preparing quotation for Annual Maintenance Contract. Preparing annual maintenance contracts. Attending day to day complains. Attending weekly meetings with major clients such as ( RAK Ceramics, RAKIA, Mina Al Arab, Double Tree Hilton Rixos, MECS, etc…). Issuing invoices and statement of accounts.Preparing reports such as ( Flow chart Monthly collection, Weekly site visit report, etc). Preparing correspondence, inquiries of material. Preparing and arranging materials needed in the sites
Principal Task:
Attending inquiry for Flats, Offices & Shops available. Assisting the accounts department by updating the RV & PV including the payment collections. Assisting the Marketing Department, Operation Department, Maintenance Department . Preparing the LPO for the suppliers & circular to the tenants. Assisting the tenants for the day to day complaints. Assisting the Leasing Department, by processing and filing the contracts. Updating the Record of Al Fardan Real Estate. Making ticket reservation for the staff, as well the hotel bookings.
Principal Task:
Over all in-charge of production department. Supervising all the job orders and the deliveries and providing answers to all inquiry. Handling complains and providing solution in a truly professional manners. Arranging the training of new staff for the production and customer services if it’s needed. Arranging the Monthly Schedules of the production staff and calculating the overtime. Over all in-charge of purchasing and updating of the LPO and updating the monthly inventory. Giving assistance to sales department of all the outside job for offset printing. In-charge of coordinating with all the suppliers and bargaining of prices.
Principal Task:
Answering the phone and attending the inquiry. Over all in-charge of the entire outside job like offset printing. Over all in-charge of secretarial and administrative jobs. Preparing quotations and correspondence. Preparing the bank deposit for the daily sales and collections. Preparing and sending the statement of account for every corporate account. Preparing the daily invoice, receipt voucher and updating the daily sales report, monthly sales report, and reimbursement of the petty cash. In-charge of collecting the payment to the customers. Arranging the files, and checking the job orders, preparing the time sheet. Over all in-charge of purchasing and updating of the LPO and updating the monthly inventory.
Principal Task:
Preparing the quotations, correspondence and preparing the payroll for the employees. Updating the Bank Statement, creditor’s statement & suppliers statements. Organizing the regular business trip. (Hotels booking, airline tickets, schedule of meetings, etc. Arranging the Files from A-Z for the daily activities. Supervising the arrival of new products and preparing samples for (Dept. of Food Control) for approval. Preparing the specification and formula of the product for printing the labels for the new product before sending it to the Factory Drugs in (Manchester, United Kingdom). Preparing the retail and whole sale prices. Preparing the declaration or bill of lading for the re-exportation of the product to the Phil. & India via see cargo.
Principal Task:
Assisting the customer’s to make it sure the job will be completely done and no complain. Making sure the entire Machine is in good condition for the daily routine jobs. Responsible for preparing the invoices for monthly and daily sales report. Regular checking of the display and merchandising. Updating the inventory and preparing the LPO to the supplier. Preparing the daily report to the General Manager
