Preparation of MEP coordination and composite drawings. AutoCAD Drafting of complete
Electrical and Mechanical works including small power, lighting layout, power layout, fire alarm,
telephone, security, CCTV, lightning protection, Fire Fighting system Layouts; HVAC & CHW
shop drawings based on Architecture, Structural, & Interior Design drawings; External services
coordination system; Underground coordination layouts and sections and other related works.
Preparing coordination shop drawings and high light the possible clashing well in advance to
the engineers with adequate section details; Trouble shooting wherever clashing found among
MEP trades; Trouble shooting to achieve clearance height as required by clients; Pre Fixing /
Pre Reserving Bottom levels for all MEP trades; Preparations of Builders work drawings (Slab
& Wall openings).
Preparation of detailed construction drawings from sketches and input from other disciplines like
PIDs', PFD's, Loop and hook-up drawings, single line diagram, Cable & Earthing layouts,
Electrical lighting layouts, Instrument supports Details & foundations, etc.
* Preparation of Low Voltage Diagram Layout, Wiring Layout, DB Details, DB Single Line
Diagram.
* Preparation of Cable Tray Routing, Cable Tray Support Details, Junction Box Location Diagram,
Instrument Location Diagram, Telephone Cable Routing, Fiber Optic Cable Layout, Cable
Trench Layout and Section Details.
* Collects, correlates and studies information required for the project from the existing drawings.
* Participates in design coordination with engineers in the development of engineering drawing
packages.
Responsible for building CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and
engineers.
* Preparation of electrical and mechanical drawings in CAD for hospital buildings such as Lighting
systems layout, Fire alarm system layout, Single Line diagram, hospital equipment location,
Panel board layout, and HVAC layout.
* Maintained detailed drawings and documentation records on all prospective and on-going
projects.
