• Coordinates the human resource and administrative operations such as recruitment, training and development, compensation, benefits and employee relations.
• Monitors the entire life cycle of recruitments like identifying manpower specifications, sourcing, selection process, preparation of examinations and interviews particularly in Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Nepal, Bangladesh, Vietnam, Ghana, Kenyan & Uganda.
• Communicates in all business correspondences submitted to Local Agencies for Manpower Supply.
• Determines training needs, assist to implement training procedures, manuals, schedule and preliminary assessment on employees’ performances.
