- Document Management - Organising and managing documents, files, and records, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access and retrieval
when needed.
- Task Prioritisation - Prioritising tasks and managing the manager's to-do list to ensure that important deadlines and commitments are met.
- Financial Management - Assisting with financial tasks such as expense tracking, processing invoices, managing petty cash, and handling other
financial responsibilities.
- Event Planning - Planning and organising events, meetings, conferences, and social gatherings, including coordinating logistics, guest lists, and
necessary arrangements.
- Confidentiality and Privacy - Maintaining strict confidentiality and discretion regarding sensitive information and conversations.
- Personal Errands - Running personal errands for the manager, such as picking up groceries, clothes shopping or handling personal appointments.
- Research, Reporting and Information Gathering - Conducting research, gathering information, and preparing reports or summaries for the
manager's various projects or interests.
- Liaison with Other Staff - Acting as a liaison between the manager and other staff members, relaying messages and ensuring smooth
communication within the organisation.
- Time Management - Helping the manager to manage his time efficiently, reminding him of upcoming commitments, and ensuring he stays on
schedule.
- Handling Special Projects - Assisting with special projects, initiatives, or tasks assigned by the manager.
- Screening Calls and Visitors - Screening phone calls and visitors to determine their priority and relevance before connecting them with the
manager.
- Personal Support - Providing personal support when needed, such as organising personal appointments, managing household staff, and handling
personal finances.
- Availability - To be always available for the manager's urgent needs & requests
