❖ Currently leading the Bank Muscat project to develop courses related to compliance, communications and product and service lines.
❖ Worked with the Ingredion (US-based food and beverage manufacturers) project for creating Articulate Rise modules for their Accounts Planning and Management Team
❖ Worked with National Grid utilities project that where the organization was undergoing a digital transformation from paper to tech using tools and software like IBM Maximo and Salesforce; engaged with multiple departments of the company such as Field Services, Dispatch, Finance and HR department
❖ Associated with QRG (Qurate Retail Group) to develop ILT content and Quick-Reference Guides for SAP FICO implementation
❖ Engaged in the PwC: Access Your Potential Training Project for Induction that focused on Systems Thinking, Agile, Human-Centered Design for new joinees
❖ Worked with Dassault Systems, on two projects related to Linux tools and User Assistance by developing interactive and engaging eLearning using Articulate Storyline 3
❖ Conceptualized an Accion POC project that had a story-based strategy driven through videos and activities
