 Overall responsibility for the smooth running of the office. Making sure that all office systems are managed and maintained, including Staff Recruitment Files; Stationery, Emailing, Arranging Problems, answering phone calls, Mobilization and Documentation.
 Review and answer mails and inquiries and determine if Executive action is required, schedule appointments, meetings and will follow up with other to ensure that requests are carried out and activities are coordinated.
 Assisting the Manager by providing general administrative and secretarial support in day-today functions. Promote high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone, and personal contact. Handle confidential and sensitive issues, which a high degree of discretion and tact.
 Assists in evaluation of reports, decisions and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of the department and services performed.
 Maintains Admin & human resource information system records and compiles reports from the database.
 Data encoder for all application including, Transportation, Leave Application & exit, passport for vacation and Final exit, renewal passport, etc. and submit to superior officers.
 Preparing for Time sheet of Subcontractor (SBG, DAR, BATCHING PLANT), and weekly basis for ADMIN and H.R DEPT.
 Responsible for letter for FINAL EXIT, SALARY & SETTLEMENT TRANSFER.
 Updating for all Development checklist and receiving copy for Vacation and Final Exit.
 Preparing report Labours & Staff for Vacation and Final exit.
 Handling the Semi Annual Employee performance Appraisal (EPA) for staff.
 Maintaining and developing the filing confidential system of personnel.
 Entering data into database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
 Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
 Controlling all the Correspondence, Documents, Site Queries and internal Office Memo etc.
 Well versed with ISO Procedure and Documentation.
 Co-coordinating & communicating the information & Action instructed be Divisional Administration Manager to my Colleagues at HR. as per requirement.
 Preparation of labors return & Distribution sheet on daily basis.
 Maintain the personal records of employees on matters such as wages, superannuation, leave and training, and prepare associated management reports.
 Use a number of management information systems to record, maintain, plan and manage the organization’s human resources.
 Provide advice and information to management and employees on human resource policies and procedures, including equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and occupational health and safety programmes.
 Assist employees with work matters, career development, personal problems and industrial matters.
 Organizing meetings and ensuring are well prepared for them.
 Maintaining & developing the office filing systems both on hard and soft copies.
 Involved with recruitment; dealing with ad responses, sourcing potential candidates and arranging interviews
 Protects confidentiality records and information about staff & labours use discretion when sharing any such information within legal confines
 Provide high-level administrative support by preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions. In addition to Coordinating all activities related to the H.R, Administration and Document Control procedure
 Arranges travel schedules and reservations for management and employees as needed.
 Monitoring of staff timesheets time in lieu and holidays.
 Maintaining and update the list of Sim Cards by checking the sim serial number in database.

Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
 Establish work priorities, delegate work to office support staff, and ensure deadlines are met and procedures are followed.

 Gather data and statistical reports to inform the Business Support process.
 Assist with the development of standard procedures for human resources activities and knowledge sharing processes and tools.
 Assist with specific HR related projects and participate in functional and cross-functional initiatives to build a high-performing organization aligned with the business strategy and leadership goals.
 Focus on continuous improvement and consistency in HR processes and practices.
 Manage staff, ensure daily objectives are met and achieved, ensure training material updates to references and resources are accurately and quickly made and above all, ensure a high level of service.
 Providing leadership and demonstrating effective team building skills
 Directing work activities by coordinating staff duties and assignments
 Handling difficult individuals by managing emotions and choosing words carefully
 Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system and document all process and ensure compliance to same.
 Manage all communication with candidates and schedule all interviews and make required travel arrangements and participate in screening process and review all candidate qualifications.
 Administer and maintain various requisition folders.
 To provide secretariat and administrative functions for the project site team, project management and engineering office.
 Responsible for filing working documents and ensuring appropriate files are entered into project document control system. This will include paper and electronic files.
