I'm working actually as a project owner to implement a Carsharing service called Communauto in a MaaS Mobile App created by IDFM (The Organizing Authority of Mobility in Ile-De-France region).
During this project, i had different tasks as :
• Project scoping and Gantt planning
• Project design: Statement of requirements, functional specifications writing and UX/UI review and validation
• Project realization follow up
• Partnership contract drafting (Functional and Run parts)
• Review and validation of communication proposals and FAQ writing
I worked on several other projects before with the same consulting company but with different customers :
-Implementing a carpooling service in a mobile App (IDFM)
-Change Management and Delivery Management for a PPM tool (Nissan Europe)
-Developing a new Carsharing offer (Glide)
-Implementing a new Car rent technology (Renault Mobility)
-Improving a fleet management service (RCI Mobility)
Program (Grande Ecole) : We have to pass the Tage Mage test and an interview to get accepted in this program. Only the students with the best scores from different countries are accepted (around 7% from all candidates).
