Responsibilities:
• Review of drawing specification and conduct welder/welding operator qualification test according to ASME IX.
• Perform in process inspection including preparation of inspection report, final visual and dimensional inspection on finished product prior to hydro test.
• Liaise with client representative on matter related to inspection.
• Verification of Materials as per drawing (Size, Condition, Specification & Storage).
• Layout inspection of materials as per approved drawing (Size, Thickness & material traceability).
• Verification of welding consumables as per approved WPS (Size, Condition, Specification & Storage).
• Visual inspection of all Shop/Field Weld joints for Pipelines (B31.1 & B31.3), ASME Code Pressure Vessels & API 650/620 Tanks.
• Welding inspection before, during and after welding.
• Inspection of fit up according to drawings and WPS.
• Control of consumables as per WPS and Procedure.
• Monitoring NDT activity as per code and specification.
• Inspection of coat wrapping and holiday test.
• Inspection of Cleaning, Pigging, Gauging & Hydro Test Operation.
• Co-ordination with client regarding test packages.
• Witness of hydro test / Water Fill Test / Pneumatic test.
• Preparation of all inspection reports like PT, MT, Pneumatic Test, Hydrostatic Test, Thickness, Welding Record, VDI Report etc. as stated in the ITP and submission to client through QC Depart.
• Preparation of final dossier for respective projects.
• Confident to carry out any type of mechanical inspection related to above fields of experience.

• Demolition of Degassing Unit # 30 (YANPET/SABIC)
• Fab. of Larox Filter Pressing Air Receiver-2 nos. Erection 5 tank. (CRISTAL)
• Supply of like for like Tube Bundles-21 nos. (SAMREF)
• Fab. of CS & SS Tanks-3 nos. (JOTUN PAINTS)
• Supply & fab. of HOS Sand Filters-5 nos. (AES ARABIA / TOTAL)
• CO2 Piping Upgrade Project - 13 Days Shutdown. (IBN RUSHD / SABIC)
