CORPORATE REPORTING GROUP

• Interpretation and application of accounting standards and policies and preparation of financial statement disclosures
• Coordination and liaison with all 5 business units spread across the country for compilation of accounting information


TREASURY

• Preparation of daily bank/cash position by forecasting the Company’s cash requirements and monitoring funds
• Responsible for making outward remittance payments, settling inward remittances, LC payments etc and arranging payment of dividend to foreign and local shareholders
• To keep constant liaison with all the Company‘s bankers, thereby facilitating arrangements, release of funds, registration and verification of guarantees and other operational activities
• To assist in the negotiation and arrangement of finances at the most competitive rates available and finalization of all documentation effectively
