* Maintain merchandising to achieve company business targets.
* Monitor all existing and prospective customers/markets for appropriate business.
* Maintain customer order files, production orders, payments and dealing with banks.
* Implement all export activities, export-Import, rebate documentation & feedback.
* Monitor all financial processes, transactions for all the orders and payments.
* Shipping arrangements for cargo/shipments transportation to global destinations.
* Communication & correspondence with all internal & external customers, agents.
* Feedback to customers & follow up for professional relationships with all clients.
* Maintain optimal level of customer satisfaction.

* Prompt respond to customer enquiries, solve customer complaints efficiently.
* Seek new clients, process orders; implement documents and transportation process.
* Handle & process payments, communicate with customers, service providers.
* Promote company products/services, feedback to clients and follow up of cargo.

* Preparation of daily sales, stock reports, weekly orders & monthly claims.
* Supervision & management of Sales & Force and Warehouse stock.
* Preparation of different territory reports (Brand wise & Value wise).
* Maintain Accounts (Day Book, Cash Book, Company Ledgers) & Reconciliation.
* Maintain Traceability, Expiry, F.I.F.O, FMR and Pls. reports.
* Market visits to check expiry, visibility, availability, P.O.S material & market gaps.
* Communication with top management of the company.

Responsibilities of the job include:

*Estimating, negotiating and agreeing budgets and timescales with clients and managers.
*Ensuring that health and safety regulations, quality standards are met.
*Determining quality control standards.
*Overseeing production processes.
*Re-negotiating timescales or schedules as necessary
*Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials.
*Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment.
*Liaising with buyers and marketing and sales staff.
*Supervising the work of junior staff.
*Organising relevant training sessions.
