 Work on team that is responsible for the support of the internal voice technologies and services used to support operations. Voice technologies include, but are not limited to phone system, Voice mail, call routing , contact center and Presence . The communication environment is supported by Cisco IP Telephony and Cisco IP Contact Center technologies.
 Working as a VOIP & Call center Administrator on Call center in cloud 14 Agents I implemented a group of software's that integrate with each other to give the agent & the supervisor and the Administrator all the features that they need like a complete VoIP system in cloud the following (in/out calls & Voice mail & CRM & Recording & monitoring & Reporting & Internal/External IVR & Queues Manager & Wallboard).
 Responsible for the installation, upgrade, operation and maintenance of Voice servers.
 Set up, configure and test Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Voice Data Switches (core, distribution and access), routers and voice gateways, etc.
 Responsible to: Support VOIP and testing as well as troubleshoot VOIP problems in a state-of-the-art access network lab as well as in production environments.
 Debug systems as well as develop creative and innovative solutions.
 Foresee potential issues and proactively address them before they become problems.
 Assists with the planning, design, research and acquisition of new or upgraded hardware and software systems; maintains current knowledge of hardware, software and network technology And recommends modifications as necessary
 Working continuously on a task until completion.
 Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
 Monitors and tunes the enterprise network and voice systems for optimal performance.
 Ensure that support is handed across relevant technical groups within the hospital.
o Work closely with business personnel and other areas of Information Technology to
ensure system availability and end-user support.
