Take overseas assignments. (Previously assigned to work for three months at Sharjah
office & another three months at Dubai office).
* Support the development of concept structural designs, including all required
drawings and reports for discussion with clients.
* Coordinate with other design disciplines (e.g. Architecture, Electrical and
Mechanical) across all design stages.
* BIM modelling.
* Create/Review finite element models for analysis.
* Perform structural design using governing codes, standards and local authorities.
* Provide drawings and/or sketches for designs to be incorporated in construction
drawings by drafters and Create calculation documents.
Major Projects:
* AL SAADIYAT ROTANA HOTEL & RESORT COMPLEX - ABU DHABI, U.A.E.
consisted of four blocks as flowed:
Block H (main hotel): consisted of 9 parts.
Block V (villas): consisted of 3 types of villas (A, B &C).
Block K (kids club).
Block R (pool restaurant).
* Royal Oman
consisted of 16 parts as flowed:
Mall in 8 parts (cinemas, cafes, shops, restaurants and Carrefour)
Parking Buildings in 8 parts.
* OPERA GRAND TOWER - OPERA DISTRICT - DUBAI, U.A.E.
consisted of two parts as flowed:
podium area of 4 basements of parking and six townhouses.
tower area of 71 story.
* VVIP WING hospital - Muscat, SULTANATE OF OMAN.
Total land area: Approx. 1, 975 m2.
The building consists of Ground Floor, First Floor, Second Floor,
Roof and Top of Roof.
* AL-BUSHRA MEDICALTY COMPLEX - Muscat, SULTANATE OF OMAN.
Total land area: Approx. 1, 080 m2.
The building consists of Two Basement Floors (with mechanical automated
parking, Ground Floor, Six Floors, Roof Floor (Penthouse) and Top of Roof.
* AL-NASR Development- Naser City, Egypt.
Total land area: Approx. 19, 758 m2
The building consists of one Podium (3 Basement Floors, Ground Floor),
Six Separate towers (2 office tower & 4 residential tower) with 17 typical
floors.
These tower are combined in the last three floors and roof with landscape
and pool.
