Enhancing up to date market knowledge on new products, procedures, services and tools. Effectively attending conferences and trade shows.
Effectively conducting sales presentations by meeting customers physically.
Meeting existing customers regularly to determine other opportunities & emphasizing service or product features and benefits.
Study and review of tender documents, scope of work, drawings, BOQ specifications, vendor list, clients requirement and etc. From the tender documents for proper estimation works.
Prepare and send RFQ for all the items to all the approved/ approved equal/ subcontractor to obtain required quotations.
Follow up with suppliers/sub-contractor to obtain quotation in time, clarify to all their queries and meetings with suppliers/sub-contractor when required.
Technical evaluation of supplier/sub-contractor quotations as per the tender/ project requirements.

Preparing price comparison sheet for each system and final cost summary.
Preparing BOQ unit prices as per the Tender BOQ format and filling.
Conducting negotiations with suppliers on the technical and commercial aspects of our products which results in projects competing under budgets.
