Implement Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) for the critical equipments.
Support Project Manager with all required data related to Maintenance activities.
Provide planning reports & produce KPI’s on a monthly basis.
Discuss various issues related to maintenance plans.
Record, enhance and adjust Maintenance Work Instructions (MWI).
Tenders studying and cost controlling.
Shutdown Planning :
Preparing for shutdown plan (Activities - Resources - Cost).
Following up for daily progress during shutdown time and issue daily report.
Preparing final report for shutdown.

•SEGAS Plant Shutdown December 2008
•SEGAS Plant Shutdown June 2010
•SEGAS Plant Shutdown October 2011
Participate as Mechanical Shutdown Planner in Overhauling of :
•Hot Gas Path Inspection of H-25 "HITACHI" Gas turbine and generators at SEGAS plant
•4000 and 8000 Hrs Inspection of reciprocating Compressors (Boil off Gas Compressors )
•Major Inspection of GE FR7-DLN1 Turbines with 3 Stages Compressors
•Mole. Sieve and activated carbon replacement.
Supplied to UHDE as Shutdown Planning Engineer.
Prepare the shutdown plan for UHDE Scope of work.
Follow up shutdown daily activities and prepare progress reports.
Prepare Shutdown Final Reprot.
Supplied to Nauvo Pignone as Shutdown Planning Engineer.
Preparing for Hot Gas Path Inspection plan of GE-MS5002 D gas turbines (6 Turbines).
Preparing for Seal Replacement plan of reciprocating Compressors (4 Turbines).
