Job Profile: Responsible for end-to-end delivery of different projects across Aon Corporate Systems. Responsibilities includes Business Interaction, Project Planning and Estimation, Providing Technical Leadership and Team Management, Audits Planning and Execution. Expert Technical Hands-on Resource, team code reviews and implementing latest trends and best practices into the projects.
Project Delivery Management: Involved in project planning and effort estimation with onshore teams, communication with stakeholders for requirements, planning, mobilizing steering committee meetings, development team oversight, change management, project status monitoring and reporting during different stages of project.
Business Analysis: Interaction with customer to understand the business and creating requirement specifications, analyzing NFRs and implementing best practices into the projects for efficiency and optimization. Defect tracking and Root Cause Analysis for support projects.
People Management: Managing development teams, preparing project resource requirements, mentoring the team members, work assignment and monitoring, status reporting to onsite and -offshore managers, performance goal setting for the team, performance monitoring and review.
