• Designed the Expertise Safety First logo — the official identity for the Safety division. Ran a discovery session
before touching any design tools, identified the strategic insight (the company's X mark as a helmeted human
figure), produced a full concept rationale presentation covering balance, color, scalability, containers, and blur
testing, and presented to the safety head. Approved in a single session with no revisions. Now deployed on safety
helmets, high-visibility vests, uniforms, equipment, and all official safety communications across GCC
operations.
• Established a recognizable visual language across 16 divisions — designing, redesigning, and standardizing
presentations for leadership programs, policy communication, safety campaigns, and business development.
The design signature became so distinct that stakeholders can identify the source department on sight. Senior
managers across all divisions now approach voluntarily for design review before presenting to clients or
leadership.
• Identified a broken internal communication channel — memos being sent via email and routinely ignored — and
proposed a new medium: branded desktop wallpapers deployed via IT across the entire organization. Designed
