Maintains report with customers, managers, and employees by arranging continuing contacts; researching and developing new services and methods; setting priorities; resolving problem situations. Handle client queries/requests for information.
•Co-ordinate with clients for the purposes of business development, determination of their expectations/requirements, monitor client satisfaction and obtain feedback.
•Conduct telemarketing and participate in other marketing activities using e-mail.
•Visit the prospective clients and prepare marketing plan.
•Participate in carrying out competitors analysis.
•Build relationship with key clients.
•Co-ordinate in the pre-qualification process initiated by the clients.
•Report significant findings of the meetings with clients to the Divisional Manager.
•Co-ordinate with clients and the SGS execution team during the assignment.
•Follow up clients in respect of the outstanding receivables. Handling Technical Issues regarding job execution and quality management.
•Carry out any other activity assigned by the Divisional Manager including inspection, supervision and reporting of the Horticultural commodities quality.
