• Financial Manager from 1/08/2004-till now.


My Duties include controlling following, supervision on Accounting Department, which involves:-

• Daily Auditing and analyzing of the day books for Toledo Hotel and all cash and credit invoices.

• Reconciliations of the Banks, clients, tour operators and suppliers accounts.
• Prepare Accounting and financial reports and final accounts and balance sheet.
• Prepare mounthly social security statements.
• Prepare depreciation's statements.
• Inventory control, transactions, and stock taking and also monthly inventory for the stock of the hotel departments for the cost control purposes.
• Spot-check cashier and receptions and reports to the general manager.
• Reporting daily to the general manager about the works done and the things to be done or the pending works to take his suggestions or instructions in consideration during the work.
• Responsible for preparing monthly sales tax statements.
• Responsible for preparing checks to suppliers (payable accounts)
• Participated in automating & developing all hotel's departments.
• I was responsible for developing all hotel's programs (Acconting sys., Front office sys., Point of sale sys., Spa sys., HR&Pay roll sys.)
• Responsible for preparing all managerial & financial analysis reports for decision making.
• Implementing (ABC SYS.) in the hotel's accounts.


• Preparing Feasibility Studies.
• Preparing Monthly Income & Cash Flow Statements.
• Responsible for All Law Suites Against Our Company & Clients.
• Responsible for developing& controlling Costing System (Food Costs, Rooms Costs, Spa Costs, Banqueting Costs, )
