Investments analysis for business decisions, competitive selling of foreign currencies earned from International partners and re-investments arrangement, fund management,
Managing of accounts payable/vendors account of in-country and worldwide, expenditure scheduling and prioritization, VAT/Taxes affairs, certify payment processing and entitlement validation and administrating books of accounts.
Coordinate with both internal and external auditors and timeliness reporting of financial statements and response to audit observations, joint discussion and initiate remedial approaches for systems improvement, risk management and compliance issues, act as secretariat to Finance Committee, Audit Committee and attend at Board meeting.
Analyze contracts/agreements/MOU/Tender documents/proposals to evaluate the financial implications and follow up on implementation to safeguard BCB rights and assist to formulate critical issues in negotiation process to resolve disputes.
Communicate, interact and liaison with different national and international stakeholder institutions, i.e. ICC, ACC and ICC member countries’ cricket board, sponsor donors and business partners to maintain corporate relationship.
Conduct departmental training, team work-force building, oversee junior staff to mobilize the resources are in place, execute many other duties as and when required by the management, i.e. budgeting of ICC Cricket World Cup 2011 (India, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka) for USD110 millions for 18 month period and its multi-dimensional analysis.
