As a teaching Assistant you assist the child in their learning. When the lead teacher is not their you are responsible of the class . Helps children build their emotional and behavioral needs. Plan together with the lead teacher for the activities to be done inside and outside the classroom. Encouraging children everyday to come to school or creating an environment which they feel that they are loved and safe in which school is there second home and the teachers are their second parents.
