Welcome customers to the store and communicate with them about their needs. Handling customer inquiries and customer complaints Selling and Promoting Products to Clients. Inform customers of various grades of jewelry and services offered by the manufacturer. Advise customers on quality, cuts, or value of jewelry and gems and in selecting mountings or setting for gems. Coordinating with clients for all sales orders and special requests and monitoring all customer repairing order items Process POS (Point of Sale) in the shop ronment.
Coordinating and assisting with clients throughout the payment procedure and pack purchases. Creating Sales Invoices for Clients and Monitoring the daily salesreport, daily sales cash, and daily petty cash. Managing the shop and monitoring stocks availability. Makes monthly sales target. Monitor and maintain merchandise to ensure the cleanliness of the products and promotions. Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment.
Answers all incoming calls and handles caller inquiries as soon as possible and respond to all types of general inquiries Re-direct calls as appropriate and take all important messages as they may require Receives, directs, relay telephone messages, fax messages, and all other types Handles any bookings for meetings, couriers, deliveries, or any related ones Assist guests to their respective meetings and conference
